The Role:

Cardurion is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager, Contracts with experience in the life sciences industry and who thrives in a high-science, rapidly growing, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, you will review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts while providing a high level of client service to our internal business partners and external partners.

Here’s What You’ll Do: 

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of R&D and professional services contracts, including clinical trial agreements, clinical supply agreements, consulting agreements, master service agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other agreements
• Function as a point person in the contracting lifecycle, from negotiation through execution; serve as an internal subject matter expert for contract-related questions 
• Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve open contract matters
• Maintain the contracts lifecycle management system
• Assure accuracy and completeness of all contracts and process prior to execution
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal and external partners and service providers

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience of contracts administration in a corporate or law firm environment; life sciences experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with standard office software applications (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well independently and with others
• Effective cross-disciplinary communication skills and an eagerness to creatively engage business leaders to fully understand complex issues and craft innovative solutions
