We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) Generalist to support our business units by aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role acts as a key liaison between employees and leadership, providing day-to-day HR support while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience, performance, and engagement.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional with strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for supporting both people and organizational success in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Support

  • Build strong working relationships with managers and team leaders to understand operational needs and challenges.
  • Provide practical HR guidance and support on day-to-day people matters.
  • Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies that support team performance and business outcomes.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution support.
  • Conduct fact-finding and assist in investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Promote a positive work environment through proactive conflict resolution and communication.

Performance Management

  • Support the execution of performance management processes (goal setting, reviews, coaching).
  • Guide managers on performance improvement plans and employee development conversations.
  • Help foster a culture of accountability and continuous feedback.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Assist in the implementation of engagement programs, surveys, and initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback and recommend actionable improvements to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Support recognition programs and initiatives that reinforce company culture.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to HR policies, company standards, and local labor laws (Philippines).
  • Provide clear and timely guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures.
  • Support audits, documentation, and HR process improvements.

HR Data & Reporting

  • Track and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, attendance, and engagement data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce trends and outcomes.

Change Management & HR Initiatives

  • Support implementation of HR programs, tools, and organizational changes.
  • Assist in communications and training to ensure smooth adoption of new initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HRBP or generalist capacity
  • Solid experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in the BPO or shared services industry is a strong advantage
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus but not required
