Autism Care Partners (ACP) is a rapidly growing multi-state behavioral care organization supporting children (and families of children) impacted by autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. 

Under the direct guidance of ACP’s AVP of Analytics, Data Management, & Payment Integrity, the Manager will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the organization’s analytics program to support operations and continued growth. Responsibilities include maintenance of large data sets and operational dashboards, report development, and strategic analysis. This role will also partner closely with our Finance team to design data-driven processes that improve cost management, cash flow visibility, and financial accuracy. A successful candidate will be a detail-oriented strategic thinker, with analytics and data visualization experience. This role will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with several ACP departments, including (but not limited to) – Clinical Operations, Recruiting, People Operations, and Finance. 


Essential Functions 

  • Interpret and analyze data across functional areas, including clinical utilization and outcomes, billing, and human resources, and provide data-driven recommendations 
  • Develop and maintain enterprise self-service reporting dashboards using data visualization tools 
  • Maintain, build upon, and leverage analytical frameworks and financial performance dashboards (e.g., provider cost ratios, revenue cycle KPIs, cash requirements, vendor spend, working capital timing) 
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on financial drivers (expense variance, staffing efficiency, receivable/cash timing patterns, vendor purchases) and provide actionable solutions 
  • Model the financial impact of operational changes, technology investments, and vendor decisions on EBITDA, contribution margin, and cash flow 
  • Produce timely, accurate, and actionable reports and strategic analysis 
  • Provide cross-functional analytic and reporting support to partner departments as needed 
  • Support maintenance of clinical documentation system and associated data warehouse 
  • Identify and implement automation and technology enhancements that reduce manual work, improve financial throughput, and increase data quality

  • Ability to think creatively to tailor communication and visualization of data based on stakeholder needs 
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, health insurance, and/or behavioral health programs preferred 

Meeting Expectations 

  • Weekly 1:1s with the AVP of Analytics 
  • Monthly regional finance meetings 
  • Regular meetings with regional and department leads as needed 

Work Environment 

This position operates in a primarily remote environment. 


Travel Required 

Attendance of occasional in-person meetings and events across our centers in the Northeast required.


Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, statistics, health informatics, general finance, or equivalent related experience preferred 
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics and/or database management, healthcare experience preferred 
  • Experience with SQL programming, or similar coding experience preferred 
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools 

Additional Requirements (Specific computer skills, licensures, certifications etc) 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Understanding of SQL syntax 
  • Demonstrated data visualization experience 
Salary Description
$70,000 - $87,000
