The AI Business Integration Specialist is responsible for bridging the gap between emerging AI technologies and real-world business operations, specifically in the supply chain industry. The AI Business Integration Specialist will lead initiatives that apply artificial intelligence to optimize internal processes, enhance reporting, and support predictive analytics across departments. This role blends analysis with operational execution, driving innovation, and efficiency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop or identify an AI tool that can listen to conversations in meetings, remember key points, and suggest solutions based on corporate priorities
- Prepare weekly report covering new developments across all areas of AI, with actionable recommendations for business integration
- Research and evaluate AI tools for email management, financial reporting, team coordination, and performance tracking
- Build a predictive analytics system to forecast load carrier demand and optimize labor allocation
- Lead all phases of the predictive analysis project:
i. Gather data from internal and external sources (logistics, demand, labor, performance)
- Support the enhancement of AI-based routing and logistics optimization tools
- Engage in continuous learning with our company and our affiliated companies to develop systems that:
i. Reduce operational costs
ii. streamline internal processes
iii. Support ongoing integration of AI-driven improvements

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AI integration, business analytics, or operations technology
- Proficiency in Power BI, Python, or other data visualization and modeling tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for business productivity, preferably in supply chain industry
- Experience with predictive modeling and dashboard automation
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Self-driven learner with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
