Position: Business Analyst

Pay Range: $87,699.00 - $118,388.00
This role is 100% remote with no face-to-face contact with patients. We have a “remote first” environment and are proud to have team members located nationally.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Product Development Team specializing in AWS and Salesforce solutions. You will serve as the bridge between our stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for custom Salesforce implementations and related AWS integrations. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, helping to shape innovative solutions that deliver real value to our organization and clients.
Essential Functions
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Able to identify and articulate the core requirements for a feature to deliver value, even when stakeholders express different or incomplete needs
- Collaborate with development team to translate complex business needs into detailed technical specifications
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and design expectations for Salesforce solutions
- Facilitate requirement prioritization sessions with stakeholders
- Validate that completed technical solutions meet the original business needs
- Design/write test scenarios to ensure proper functionality and protect against regression/breaking changes
- Support QA and UAT activities and coordinate feedback from business users
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle
- Working with training team to develop user documentation and curriculum
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent related experience
- Certified Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or User Experience Designer is a plus
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or in process improvement
- Demonstrated experience writing clear technical requirements and specifications
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture and capabilities is highly advantageous, especially in terms of when it is appropriate to use LWC and APEX instead of Flow Builder
- Prior experience with Agile project management and the Software Development Lifecycle preferred
- Proficient with User Story writing and Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD).
- Experience with workflow diagramming and process mapping

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with requirements management tools and documentation
- A good eye for user interface/experience design to promote ease of use
- A self-starter who can work independently to achieve goals or tasks with little oversight
Physical requirements
- Must have a home office or HIPAA-compliant workspace
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at the desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to hear, speak, call and virtually meet.
Work Environment
In order to perform the essential functions of this job, you must have a dedicated remote workspace, and a wireless connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps of download speed and 10 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth for each person working from home; the workspace is private and has low to no noise level as you will be on phone calls with patients. It is very important that your workspace is HIPAA compliant; your company issued laptop/pc must maintain visibility that only you can access as you'll be handling patient data. You are also expected to have your camera on during virtual meetings, therefore, you must be in a designated workspace/room for privacy.
