We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with expertise in Microsoft's technology stack, including Power Platform and Azure services. This role requires a developer who thrives on building end-to-end solutions, from custom web applications to model-driven Power Platform implementations. You'll be working directly with code, configurations, and integrations daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using React, TypeScript, and ASP.NET Core
- Build and customize model-driven Power Platform applications with deep Dataverse integration
- Create and manage Power Pages sites with custom liquid templates and advanced configurations
- Design and implement Azure-based solutions including App Services, Functions, and SQL databases
- Develop custom integrations between Power Platform and external systems
- Write and maintain plugins, custom connectors, and PCF controls
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the entire stack
Frontend Development
- Proficient in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly)
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and modern CSS
Backend Development
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core and C#
- RESTful API development and Web API design
- Entity Framework Core or similar ORM experience
Power Platform (Critical)
- Model-driven applications: Form customization, business rules, workflows, plugins
- Dataverse: Entity relationships, security roles, business process flows
- Power Pages: Site configuration, liquid templates, web templates, table permissions
- Experience with Power Platform CLI and solution management
Azure Services
- App Services, Azure Functions, and serverless architectures
- Azure SQL Database and database optimization
- Key Vault, Service Bus, Application Insights
- Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
Integration & Development Tools
- Custom connector development
- PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) control creation
- Microsoft Graph API integration
- Git version control and collaborative development
- Visual Studio, VS Code, Power Platform development tools
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-7 years of full stack development experience
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, or .NET)
- Experience with Azure AD B2C integration
- Knowledge of Power Platform governance and ALM practices
- Background in enterprise software development

What We Offer
- Competitive salary: $125,000 - $150,000 based on a combination of skills and relevant experience.
Location: HyerTek is headquartered in Rockville, MD. The ideal candidate is based in the DMV and is willing to come into the office two to three days per week.
