The Vander Weele Group seeks a highly organized Marketing Manager to execute multiple national marketing campaigns masterfully. In this role, you will craft, refine, and deploy written content across all company media channels, as well as create or update marketing and sales collateral. Your duties will include website design and updates, applying best practices and data analytics in search engine optimization, creating a customer journey across all company media channels, and analyzing data from campaign results. This position is ideal for someone who loves to write, design, execute, organize, and deploy content and is fascinated by the role of technology and social media in marketing today. You will draw upon a library of content waiting to be deployed and work with subject matter experts to create new content. A successful candidate will have a solid marketing background, with an emphasis on digital marketing, and an understanding of messaging, segmentation, customer journey, branding, and website development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute B2G marketing campaigns for grants monitoring based on a tightly defined vision.
- Convert existing marketing content and concepts on complex topics into multiple formats, such as white papers, webinars, blog items, and email communications.
- Deploy content over multiple platforms (email, social media, website, etc.) to segmented audiences.
- Engineer rule-based marketing communications based on the projected customer journey.
- Host, coordinate, and promote webinars, including PowerPoint creation if needed.
- Create and update sales and marketing collateral.
- Regularly update and proofread our website, which is based on a Wix-based platform.
- Track and report on website and marketing campaign analytics, making data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and publish engaging social media posts following the 80-20 rule.
- Manage and implement a marketing calendar.
- Manage company social media sites and YouTube channel.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to develop messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- Other marketing activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
- Five years of marketing experience and understanding of concepts such as messaging, segmentation, customer journey, branding, and the role of digital media.
- Three years of experience managing social media campaigns.
- Impeccable writing skills and the ability to produce clear, coherent, accurate, and sophisticated content without grammatical, spelling, or typographical errors.
- Ability to condense or expand content as necessary.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns flawlessly.
- A laser focus on details that differentiates a professional presentation from an amateurish one.
- Ability to execute swiftly and work independently with sound judgments on messaging and prioritization.
- Knowledge of techniques and software to sequentially deploy content.
- Ability to produce publication-ready materials based on existing content in formats such as PowerPoint, blog posts, Facebook posts, white papers, PDFs, YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
- A basic understanding of classical design principles involving balance, white space, fonts, visual hierarchy, use of bold photography, and complementary colors while adhering to company branding guidelines.
- Experience working within a B2G company is a plus.
