The Role Remix: EMPIRE is looking for a Digital Ads Coordinator to join our downtown San Francisco office. This role will report into the Sr. Director, Digital Strategy and will:

  • Assist with the administrative and day to day duties of the Digital Marketing department
  • Create and implement digital campaigns for album/single/music videos in platform ad managers
  • Optimize campaigns for best ROAS across multiple ad platforms
  • Create live dashboards for real-time reporting on ad/influencer campaign performance
  • Track requests and organize work flow with Asana
  • Manage communication between the Digital team and any third party vendors
  • Distribute marketing agendas and record meeting notes 
  • Prospect to work with other departments including Design, OOH, Socials, Finance, etc. 
  • Any additional duties as assigned

Pay Range: $55,000 - 68,640 per year + benefits + discretionary bonus + profit sharing program


The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
