Gastrointestinal Pathologist

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Carolinas Pathology Group is seeking a full time AP/CP or AP only board-certified GI Pathologist to join its expanding subspecialty practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a shareholder track position. Fellowship training or subspecialty expertise in GI pathology, including liver and pancreatobiliary pathology, is required. Additional subspecialty expertise in cytopathology or another organ system is preferred but not required.

CPG offers the expertise of over 45 healthcare professionals including our board certified Anatomic and Clinical Pathologists, Doctoral Scientists and Pathologists' Assistants. Our staff provide comprehensive anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology services to multiple health care systems and physician offices in the Carolinas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Must have an MD or DO from an accredited school
- Certification: Board certified in Anatomic Pathology
- Training: Completed GI Fellowship or demonstrated subspecialty expertise in GI pathology
- Licensure: Qualified to obtain a North Carolina and South Carolina medical license
