Description

  

MPF Federal is seeking a Project Manager to oversee all project-related activities, manage a team of professionals, and address client needs to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires experience in the federal government and managing a remote workforce. Must be experienced in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and prioritizing project operations including management of administrative functions in financial support, acquisition support, and government travel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure quality of service and implement measures for efficient operation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide and coordinate staff training.
  • Ensure procedures are communicated and implemented.
  • Perform additional roles to support activities, meet deadlines, and address workload surges where and when needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the client to escalate and help resolve issues and address questions.
  • Manage staff performance.
  • Compile and submit financial, production, progress, and status reports.
  • Create presentations regarding deliverables, progress, and financial status to MPF and the client.
  • Ensure all members of the team maintain the confidentiality of sensitive documents.
  • Manage staff roster and assist in hiring and onboarding new staff to fill vacancies.
  • Effectively manage a remote workforce, ensuring clear communication, productivity, and team cohesion.
Requirements

  

  • Master’s degree in health, Business Administration, or an advanced degree in a related business field and three years of professional and relevant project management experience, managing a team of 10 or more staff, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in health, Business Administration, or a related business field and five years of professional and relevant project management experience, managing a team of 10 or more staff.
  • Possess strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with financial, production, and status reporting.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required; eligibility to obtain a security clearance is mandatory; recent or current federal clearance is preferred.
  • Federal Government experience is required.
  • Proven experience managing a remote workforce.

Salary Description
$120,000-$135,000
