What you will make!  55K-65K Annually


What Will You Do? 
 

The Program Director of Family Centered Treatment (FCT) is responsible for daily operational oversight and performance of their respective program(s). Success will be primarily measured through three core data points: financial performance data, staff retention/engagement data, and program outcomes/quality data. 

  • Lead a team of FTC Practitioners serving the greater Charlotte area and western NC
  • Ensure FCT Practitioners are trained and certified in FCT 
  • Complete and maintain FCT Program Supervisor and FCTF Certification
  • Facilitate FCT Skills Lab weekly with staff 
  • Ensure fidelity of FCT model and achieve established program outcomes
  • Provide support to FCT Practitioners 24/7/365 for crisis with families as needed    


Requirements

 

What qualifications do you need?

      

  • Must have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead
  • Education requirements for a  FCT leader of others is a Master’s degree with active full or provisional licensure status in NC as one of the following: LMFT, LPA, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
  • Verified 3 years of work experience as a high performing individual contributor in a related field 
  • Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions
  • Displays the capacity/coachability for future growth and development as a leader 
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
