SharePoint Administrator and Power Platform Developer

We are hiring an accomplished developer with expertise in Microsoft SharePoint 2013/2019/Online, Power Platform, and Office 365. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within the Department of Defense (DoD).

In this role, you will be tasked with offering technical guidance and support in the realms of migrating legacy SharePoint sites and applications, business process automation and enhancing collaboration. The successful candidate will assume a pivotal role in the entire lifecycle, contributing to the requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of solutions. The primary objective is to optimize solutions that not only enhance operational capabilities but also modernize systems, ultimately improving efficiency within an enterprise environment.

Requirements
  • Managing and developing SharePoint Online environments, including OneDrive/Teams integration, while also possessing proficiency in PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI reporting, O365 email, and O365 Teams administration. 
  • Configuring and managing OneDrive integration within SharePoint Online environments. Ensure seamless integration of OneDrive for Business with other O365 services and applications. 
  • Responsible for developing training materials, managing SharePoint governance, and for mentoring other technical staff and site owners. 
  • Providing updates and enhancements to SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions
  • Providing updates related tools and supplemental web parts used throughout the production lifecycle. 
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. 
  • Telework is authorized; and one day in office is required in Washington, DC.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online administration. 
  • Proficiency in configuring SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions. 
  • Demonstrated experience in developing custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. 
  • Demonstrated experience in OneDrive integration within SharePoint Online environments; OneDrive for Business with other O365 services and applications. 
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture and best practices. 
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. 
  • Familiarity with governance and compliance standards in SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments. 
  • Experience with OneDrive Integration 
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 
  • Certifications in SharePoint and/or Power Platform are preferred but not required. 
  • References from previous clients or employers highlighting successful implementations in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

  • 8-hour shift during normal business hours of 8 am – 5 pm EST
