What We're Looking For

    

To be successful at Medecision the Chief of Staff will have proven success in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration. Your focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience will guide your contributions. 


On a given day you will assume multiple day-to-day operational responsibilities and projects on behalf of the CEO and Executive Leadership (eStaff) while establishing and maintaining cross-department relationships to advance key priorities for the organization. 


As a key advisor to the CEO, you will interact and engage at all levels of the organization to develop organizational plans, lead internal and external planning, and oversee major business initiatives. You will develop internal and external facing presentations for ad hoc meetings and routine Corporate Board Meetings. Your role will require you to improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity under the guidance of eStaff.

Requirements

     

Education and Experience

   

· Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years professional working experience. Demonstrated experience as a management consultant is required. Concentration in business management, finance, information technology, and consulting of human capital experience is highly desirable OR MBA with relevant professional working experience. 

 

· Proven quantitative finance skills with strong financial modeling, dashboards, and metrics competencies; advanced proficiency in Excel is required.

 

· Demonstrated ability to prepare executive summary presentations for internal and external meetings. 


· Demonstrated ability to understand strategic goals and operational plans of the business and each dependent function; ability to proactively connect current activity to the future goals. 

 

· Experience navigating leaders at all levels with confidence and collaboration to manage communications and conflict among them and members of their teams.

 

· Demonstrated ability to assist eStaff to ensure programs, projects and all matters supporting our business objectives are on track; possesses acute awareness of when to facilitate points of escalation (through facts and data), dialog and problem resolution if/when risks arise.

 

· Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, and should possess exemplary interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels in the organization. 

 

· Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.

 

· Excellent problem solving and project management skills, and proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and structure complex tasks.

 

· Proven ability to be resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

· Respond to the day-to-day needs of the CEO and eStaff including preparing presentations and correspondence, attending internal or external meetings on behalf of executives, preparing talking points, taking notes at meetings, and preparing and processing necessary documentation required for internal approvals.


· Prepare internal/external facing presentations. Involved with sales pursuit of strategic business opportunities. This can include presentation material, reports, metrics, and dashboards as appropriate.


· Drive our mission and strategic priorities forward, while balancing both long-term strategic vision and operational execution support. This includes assisting leaders to identify priorities, define focus, and strategically align their time to achieve desired outcomes, while shaping objectives, KPIs and financial goals.


· Advises on a variety of long-term, cross-organizational projects and ensures deliverables are provided on schedule, surface and resolve bottlenecks, and create or modify business processes to streamline operations or meet evolving needs.


· Act as a trusted advisor to eStaff across all strategic & operational initiatives. Lead the annual planning process and help to prioritize activities, deliverables, and special projects, as well as perform financial, strategic and operational analysis.     


· Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Salary Description
Starting at $175,000 (Based On Experience)
