What you’ll do

  • Engage B2B prospects through both an inbound and outbound approach. 
  • Conduct an introduction call to educate buyers with potentially low awareness to ZenQMS on the company history, security/compliance profile and how we differentiate in the marketplace.
  • Conduct a discovery call to assess and validate client needs.
  • Walk through demo that displays key journeys/modules and organizes around client needs/known vertical paint points. Provide opportunities for additional demonstrations or custom configurations (showing proof of concept) as needed. Account Executives will work in coordination with Solution Engineer(s). 
  • Create a customized solutions presentation to emphasize what we learned, the value of a partnership with ZenQMS and review the proposal.
  • Engage with both decisions makers and user buyers throughout the sales process. 
  • Focused prospecting for new deals through email, social media, conference/event attendance, and other innovative channels
  • Manage the full sales process from initial meeting to close.
  • Cultivate business relationships, especially with key constituents and influencers in our community, and create an exceptional client experience through the sales cycle.
  • Effectively use  tools to communicate with our business customers via phone, email, screen share and/or other technology.
  • Utilize our CRM, HubSpot to manage leads, tasks and relationships in an organized and professional manner.
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects through persistent outreach.
  • Work closely  with the Marketing team to tackle new verticals, develop new programs, collateral, sequences, call strategies, and messaging to drive  opportunities for new business.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue target while maintaining daily and weekly activity metrics.
  • Participate in collaborative efforts across the team to iterate and improve the sales process.
Requirements

What You Bring to The Table:

  • An awesome disposition that fits within our community-- we’re not looking for sharp elbows. This is a key point in our diligence.
  • Looking for at least 2 years of experience in a sales role in B2B software sales, with preference to those with life sciences industry experience or technical selling.
  • Hard-worker and  initiative-taker who is looking for ways to contribute value to the company and constantly seeks to improve your own and team ideas and processes.
  • Coachable, open to new ideas and feedback, constantly looking to improve your skills, and possesses a positive attitude.
  • Persuasive with demonstrated history of success.
  • Proven relationship building skills.
  • We are prioritizing candidates who can work out of Ardmore, PA based office 2-3x per week.
